Place the burner upside down on a flat surface so the L-shaped tubes are pointing upward. Continue turning the burner at an angle toward you to pull the tubes out of the two holes in the bottom of the grill. This pulls the burner tubes underneath the Weber off the gas valves so the entire assembly can be removed from the lower half of the grill. Lift the burner from inside the grill at an angle, pulling the back edge upward and forward. If the nut does not twist easily, spray it with lubricant and wait five minutes, then use the wrench. Remove the nut on the underside of the Weber grill that holds the burner securely in position, using the adjustable wrench. Lift the grate over the burner as well, and set aside these parts for reuse. Raise the Weber's lid to removed the cooking grate and lava rocks or briquettes underneath. Wait for the Weber grill to cool if it has been in use. Shut off the gas to the grill, and turn all control knobs to the "Off/Locked" position. If these steps did not work you will need to replace the burners of your grill. Turn the valve on the tank back on and test the burners. Now, turn the burners off again and reconnect the regulator valve. ![]() Disconnect the regulator valve, turn all burners to high and wait one minute. To do this, turn all burners off and turn off the valve on the propane cylinder. You can also try resetting the excess flow safety device. Check the spider screens for any blocks that may prevent propane from reaching the burner itself. Next, try lighting the burners to high for 10 minutes. In this case you will need to order some affordable replacement grill parts to fix the leak. If you see bubbles in the solution, there is a leak in the line. Start by making sure the propane tank has enough fuel then look for leaks in the fuel hose by using a solution of water and dishwashing liquid. The first step is to make sure your burners are in fact beyond repair.
